Wet and Humid Crawl Space
The homeowners of this house in Nashville wanted their crawl space to be a clean and maintained area, just like the rest of their house and decided to encapsulate it.
Unsealed Opening
The wall that was busted in order to run the pipe through should have been sealed to avoid water from getting to this crawl space.
Water Hazard
This opening on the outside presents a hazard where water gets inside of the crawl space, flooding it during heavy rains. Needs to be sealed off.

Dehumidifier Keeps Humidity Down
We are going to install a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep the level of humidity below 65%, which will prevent mold growth.
