Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Unhealthy Crawl Space in Nashville, TN
The owner of this Nashville, TN home had noticed a damp and musty smell radiating up into his home from the crawl space below. Upon further investigation, the homeowner noticed large areas of pooling water and major humidity issues within the crawl space. The homeowner asked us to come out to his home and complete a free inspection of the crawl space. After completing the inspection, our design specialist recommended a full crawl space encapsulation- complete with CleanSpace vapor barrier and drainage matting, an energy efficient SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and a TripleSafe sump pump to prevent any standing water or flooding within the crawl space.
The homeowner decided to proceed with the encapsulation- following all of the design specialist's recommended solutions but the TripleSafe sump pump. Unfortunately, our completion of the crawl space encapsulation is currently on hold due to leaking pipes in the home's laundry room.
