The owners of this Hopkinsville, KY home noticed sticking doors and windows in their home. Additionally, they noticed cracks sprouting from the door frames of their home, indicating a foundation issue. The homeowners called us out to their home to complete a free estimate for their foundation. We took a look in the home's crawl space and noticed some issues with the home's floor joists and existing supports.   Due to the high humidity levels of the unencapsulated crawl space, the wooden floor joists were beginning to mold and warp. The issue would continue to develop and worsen if  the homeowners chose not to intervene. To mitigate the issue, we installed SmartJacks under the home to life the floors and support the joists.
