Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation in Nashville, TN

This customer in Nashville, TN decided on a full encapsulation for his crawl space. He had a lot of insulation that need removal first. Fiberglass insulation in a crawl space tends to soak up moisture and humidity, growing mold and eventually causing it to "drip" off the ceiling. Crawl space insulation is important. This customer addressed the issue by installing SilverGlow Insulation Panels, Rim Joist Insulation, and Spray Foam. Before installing we rid his crawl space of mold caused by the old insulation and then added Drainage Matting to the floor and CleanSpace to the walls and floors. We completed the encapsulation with a TriplSafe Sump Pump and Sanidry Sedona Dehumidifier and a new crawl space door.
