Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation in Manchester, TN

This homeowner in Manchester, TN, contacted Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair to help with their very damp crawl space. To start, our crew removed the old, damaged vapor barrier and installed drainage matting on the dirt floor of the crawl space as well as our 20-mil CleanSpace vapor barrier along the floor, walls, and concrete pillars. To keep humidity out of the crawl space, our crew installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The crew also placed our innovative Triple Safe Sump Pump System to flush out any water that may work its way into the crawl space. To stop the flow of air, the crawl space vents were sealed off with SilverGlo insulated panels.
