Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation in Old Hickory, TN

This customer in Old Hickory, TN was having moisture issues in his crawl space. He had an inadequate vapor barrier installed that was not helping the moisture issues. We came in and removed the old vapor barrier, and to mitigate the moisture issues we installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump, CleanSpace Wall liner, SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, as well as IceGuard and a LawnScape System to drain the water out of the home into the yard and away from the structure. We also sealed all crawl space vents. Now this customer's crawl space will be dry and he will not need to worry about all the issues that excessive moisture can cause like mold, wood rot, and musty odors.
