Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation in Joelton, TN

This customer in Joelton, TN had issues with sagging floors, cracking in the interior walls of his home, and sticking doors. He called Frontier and chose our waterproofing system to fix his issues. We installed SmartJacks to stabilize the flooring above the crawlspace and to fix the issues that caused that we installed a waterproofing system including drainage matting, CleanSpace on the floors and walls, wrapping the piers and SmartJacks as well. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and a new crawl space door to mitigate the moisture issues in the crawl space.
