Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation in Bell Buckle, TN
A home in Bell Buckle, TN was facing a serious issue with standing water inside their crawl space. They reached out to Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair for help with encapsulating their dark and damp space. Our crew first removed the older vapor barrier, and then wrapped the concrete pillars with a CleanSpace vapor barrier. Our crew also rolled out drainage matting over the dirt floor to enable the flow of water out of the crawl space. To make the space clean and energy efficient, we applied a CleanSpace vapor barrier over the drainage matting. We installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, which will help control humidity levels and even mold growth. Finally, we placed a TripleSafe sump pump system inside the crawl space to remove any standing water that may work its way into the space. With the space fully encapsulated, the homeowner can rest easy knowing that their home and crawl space are protected.
