Once on sight, our team began removing the old vapor barrier and any other debris found inside the crawl space. We then rolled out drainage matting across the dirt floor before applying a 20-mil CleanSpace vapor barrier over the matting. Along the walls and around the concrete pillars, we also applied a thinner vapor barrier. To control humidity levels, we installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. In the lowest part of the crawl space, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump system to pump water from inside the space out and away from the home.
