The home in Nolensville was experiencing common signs of an unhealthy crawl space, including musty odors and moisture issues. Alongside addressing these concerns, the house required foundation work due to visible cracks in its walls. To stabilize the settling foundation, we implemented a Helical Pier System, connecting footings and walls to solid, load-bearing soils. Using steel piers, we hydraulically lifted the foundation until reaching stable soil or bedrock. Additionally, we installed the PowerBrace System, an adjustable steel I-beam system designed to stabilize bowed or tilting walls. To further fortify the structure, walls and foundation pillars were meticulously wrapped, and drainage matting was installed. The CleanSpace Liner, a 20mil thick barrier placed over the drainage matting, effectively reduces moisture and humidity levels, creating a sealed environment from the ground up. Enhancing air quality, we integrated the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier into the crawl space.
