Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation in Clarksville, TN

This church in Clarksville, TN, was in need of a complete crawl space encapsulation and decided to reach out to Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair for help. When our crew arrived on site, they found a cluttered crawl space with a damaged vapor barrier, standing water, and mold growth. First, we removed the damaged vapor barrier and other debris from the crawl space. We then placed EZ-Flow tubes around the crawl space's perimeter. These tubes will help guide water to the lowest part of the crawl space where it will flow into the newly installed sump pump. Our TripleSafe sump pump system was installed at the lowest part of the crawl space, with a drainage pipe running out of the crawl space and underneath the yard. We then rolled out drainage matting to further help with the flow of water out of the crawl space. On top of this matting and along the walls and columns, we applied our CleanSpace vapor barrier. Next, we installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to control humidity levels and prevent mold growth. To complete the encapsulation, we replaced the old wooden crawl space door with our Everlast crawl space door, which is made of inorganic materials that will not rot or rust.
