Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation in Lester, AL

This customer in Lester, AL called Frontier for a sinking crawl space. After fixing the structural issues with the crawl space, they decided to complete a crawl space encapsulation. This will address the moisture issues and any water intrusion issues for the long term. This project included installing an EZ Flo, sealing off the vents to the outside as well as sealing any areas where outside air was coming in, Drainage Matting on the floors, CleanSpace for the floors and walls, a TripleSafe sump pump, drainage lines, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. We finished the project by installing a new secure EverLast crawl space door.

Starting the Encapsulation

We start the project by installing the EZ Flo. This will filter and absorb groundwater to push it out of the crawl space.

SaniDry Sedona

SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier is installed to pull any excess moisture from the air.

Crawl Space Sealed

With the vents sealed and CleanSpace installed on all walls and flooring we create a barrier from the outside air and moister to enter the crawl space. This also adds extra space the homeowner can now use for storage.
