Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Repair in Nashville, TN

This customer in Nashville, TN called Frontier out for a crawl space encapsulation. This project included cleaning and removing the debris in the crawl space, mold removal caused by the moisture issues, new Drainage matting added to the crawl space floor, CleanSpace on the walls and floors, a TripleSafe sump pump, and drainage lines. The products will take care of the moisture issues in the crawl space and stop any mold from growing again by using non-organic materials that do not allow for mold growth and effectively cutting off outside elements inside the crawl space.

Before Project Starts

Moisture Readings

Taking moisture reading by their old sump pump. During this project will be upgrading the sump pump and add other water proofing products to control moisture and water intrusion.

Mold Growth

The wood floor joists are starting to grow mold, we will treat this after removing debris and starting the rest of the project.

Drainage Matting

Drainage matting added and taped down, CleanSpace is being installed on the walls as well,
