This customer in Nashville, TN called Frontier when he noticed floor sagging, cracks in walls, and moisture in the crawl space. To mitigate the issue we installed supplemental beams, SmartJack Supports, and Load Bearing SmartJacks throughout the crawl space. These SmartJacks will stabilize and lift the structure back up. Fixing the sagging floors. For the moisture issues, we added Drainage Matting to the floors, CleanSpace vapor barrier to the Floors and walls, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to capture any excess moisture in the air. The crawl space is now clean, dry, and stabilized.
