This customer in Smyrna, TN called Frontier for a sinking crawl space. After fixing the structural issues with the crawl space with Smartacks, they decided to complete a crawl space encapsulation. This will address the moisture issues and any water intrusion issues for the long term. This project included installing an EZ Flo, sealing off the vents to the outside as well as sealing any areas where outside air was coming in, Drainage Matting on the floors, CleanSpace for the floors and walls, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. We finished the project by installing a new secure EverLast crawl space door.
