Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation in Danville, AL
When a homeowner in Danville, AL, reached out to Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair, they were not expecting the severity of the issues our inspector discovered. Inside the crawl space, there were puddles of standing water, water stains on the concrete walls, and extensive mold growth. Our team promptly addressed the situation by installing drainage matting across the dirt floor of the crawl space. Over the matting, we applied and sealed a CleanSpace vapor barrier, and along the walls, we used a thinner version of this barrier. We placed EZ-Flow tubes around the perimeter to direct water to the lowest point of the crawl space. To control humidity and prevent mold growth, we installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. Now, the crawl space is effectively sealed off from water and protected from potential damage.
