Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation in Manchester, TN

This customer in Manchester, TN called Frontier when they noticed cracking on the interior of their home and sagging floors. These issues were due to moisture issues in the crawl space. To mitigate these issues and stop them from progressing, we decided on a full crawl space encapsulation. This includes removing all the debris and cleaning out the crawl space, installing Drainage matting, CleanSpace liner on all the floors and walls, a TripleSafe sump pump, SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, SilverGlo panels to seal the vents, and a drainage system including IceGuard and a LawnScape system that will drain all the water out of the crawl space into the yard far from the structure.
