Crawl Space
Crawl Space before project starts. All this debris will be removed.
Uneven Floors
Uneven floors caused by moisture damage in the crawl space to the floor joists and crawl space supports.
Drainage Matting
After the debris is cleaned out, Drainage matting is installed on the floors. Any ground water that comes up will flow under this and not enter the encapsulated crawlspace.
Crawl Space Vents
The vents inside the crawl space are sealed with SilverGlo Panels and spray foam insulation, ensuring no air leaks.
Sealing Air Leaks
All air leaks are sealed with spray foam insulation.
CleanSpace
CleanSpace liner is added to all floors and walls.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
A TripleSafe sump pump is installed to pump any water that gets in out through the drainage lines.
SaniDry Sedona
A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier is installed to pull any excess moisture from the air.
IceGuard
The IceGuard Drainage system is installed. The water will be pumped out through this and in the winter this system prevents it from freezing.
The Final Step
This LawnScape System is where all the water will flow to. It is buried flush to the ground, and far away from the home.
