This customer in Nashville, TN called us for moisture issues in his crawl space. To address the moisture issues, we removed all the old moisture-damaged debris, added drainage matting to the floors, and covered the entire crawl space with our CleanSpace liner, installed a TripleSafe sump pump and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and drainage lines. We finished the project by installing a new secure EverLast crawl space door. Now, this customer has a structurally stable, dry, and healthy crawl space.

Drainage matting is installed on the crawls space floors so water can flow under it, making its way to the EZ Flow.

TripleSafe Sump Pump Installation

The SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier is installed. This system will pull any excess moisture from the air.

Vents Sealed

The crawl space vents are sealed with SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation to keep any outside air out.

CleanSpace Liner

The CleanSpace liner has been installed on walls and the floors over the EZ Flo and drainage matting, the Sump pump is installed as well as everything sealed off, the project is complete.

EZ Flo

After the debris is cleaned out, we start the project by installing EZ Flo and surrounding it with clean gravel, this will help soak up any water coming up from the ground or flowing from walls to the ground.
