This customer in Nashville, TN called Frontier due to unlevel floors in their home. This issue was caused by failing crawl space supports and moisture issues in their crawl space. To start the project we removed all the debris from the crawl space. After that, we added SmartJacks to stabilize the structure. To fix the moisture issues, we completed a crawl space encapsulation. We installed Drainage matting, covered the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, and installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. We added drainage lines to pump all the water from the crawl space. We also installed IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines and a LawnScape System so the water drains into the yard far away from the home's foundation. Now the customer has a dry and healthy crawl space!
