Crawl Space Before Project
Obvious signs of moisture issues with water lines on the concrete block and dripping insulation. This debris will all be cleaned out before the project starts.
Drainage Matting
The drainage matting is installed over the crawl space floor.
CleanSpace
CleanSpace liner is installed over the Drainage matting and all over the walls and wrapped around any crawl space supports.
Vents Sealed
Crawl space vents are sealed with SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation to prevent any outside air from getting in.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The sump pump is installed. This will pump any water out through the drainage systems that are installed,
SmartJack
A SmartJack is installed to stabilize and lift this section on the crawl space.
Framing
Custom framing is built for the new secure crawl space door to be installed.
Old Crawl Space Door
Old crawl space door will be replaced with a new secure Everlast crawl space door.
New Crawl Space Door
New EverLast secure crawl space door is installed to complete the project.
