Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Repair in Cross Plains, TN

The customer in Cross Plains, TN called Frontier when they noticed moisture issues and mold growth in their crawl space. For this project, we cleaned up the debris in the crawl space and then remediated the mold issue. After that to prevent the problem from reoccurring we installed Drainage matting, a TripleSafe sump pump, and a drainage system that included an IceGuard and LawnScape system.

Crawl Space Before Project

Moisture Reading

Water Damage

Obvious signs of moisture on the bottom of the concrete block walls where the water has drained down through the concrete to the bottom.

Water Damage and Debris

Water is pooling on top of the old vapor barrier and debris has fallen from the ceiling.

Drainage Matting

Drainage Matting has been installed on all floors.

TripleSafe Sump Pump

The vents have been sealed and the TripleSafe Sump Pump has been installed to pump water out.

IceGuard and LawnScape

The IceGuard system and Lawnscape is installed and the LawnScape is buried flush with the ground. This is where the water will drain out to.

Starting the Process

Starting the debris removal process, insulation has been removed from between the floor joists, next we clear it off the floor and remove the old vapor barrier.
