Before Project
Crawl space during inspection. The old vapor barrier is not preventing any moisture, its visible wet and you can also see a water line on the concrete block wall where water is seeping out.
Debris Removal
Most of the debris has been removed and now the project can start.
EZ Flo
EZ Flo being installed. This is buried in the dirt and covered with clean gravel. It will absorb any water coming up from the ground or flowing over it.
CleanSpace
CleanSpace has been installed on floors over the drainage matting. It has also been wrapped around the crawl space piers.
Crawl Space Supports
Full view of CleanSpace on all floors and wrapped around every pier and support and along the walls.
Vents Sealed
In this photo, in the top left corner you can see the vents are sealed with SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe sump pump is installed. This will pump any water out through the drainage system into the yard.
New Framing
A new frame is built so the crawl space door can be installed and completely secure with no leaks.
New Crawl Space Door
After the new framing is installed, the EverLast crawl space door is added.
Drainage System
IceGuard and LawnScape system is installed. Any water from the crawl space will be pumped out here far from the home.
