Mold Growth
With moisture issues and high humidity levels, mold will start to grow. Here in this photo, you can see the wooden floor joists are covered in mold growth. This will continue and get worse if the moisture issues are not fixed.
Moisture Issues
Obvious signs of moisture issues in this crawl space. The insulation is dripping from between the floor joists because it has absorbed so much water.
SmartJack System
A SmartJack is installed to stabilize and lift the structure back up where the original crawl space support failed.
Drainage Matting
After the mold is treated and all the debris is removed, we install drainage matting to the floors of the crawl space.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe sump pump is installed. Any water will be pumped out through the sump pump, out the drainage lines and into the yard.
New Framing
New framing is custom built to fit the new crawl space door going in.
New Crawl Space Door
A new secure EverLast crawl space door is installed.
IceGuard and LawnScape
The drainage system is complete with the installation of the IceGuard and LawnScape system. The project is now complete.
Unlevel Floors
The issues in the crawl space are showing up in the interior of the home. The failing supports have caused the floors to sag and become uneven.
