Crawl Space Before Project
This is the crawl space area before we begin the project. All of this debris, including the old vapor barrier will be removed before we start.
Moisture Readings
Getting moisture readings in the wood floor joists.
Moisture Damage
Obvious signs of moisture issues. The insulation has absorbed water and is falling down.
Original Crawl Space Door
This crawl space door will be be replaced with a new secure door during our project.
Drainage Matting
All debris has been removed and drainage matting has been installed on the crawl space floor.
CleanSpace
CleanSpace has been installed and all air leaks sealed with foam insulation and SilverGlo panels.
Piers Wrapped
All the crawl space support piers are wrapped in CleanSpace.
SaniDry Sedona
SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier installed. This will help pull excess moisture from the air.
New Framing
New framing is built for the crawl space door. Spray foam insulation is also used to make sure there are no air leaks.
New Crawl Space Door
A new secure EverLast crawl space door is installed.
