Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation in Springfield, TN

This customer in Springfield, TN called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. To mitigate the moisture issues, we completed a crawl space encapsulation. After removing all the debris and insulation from between the floor joists we installed Drainage matting, completely covered the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. These products will keep the customer's crawl space clean and dry.

Moisture reading inside the first floor of the home. These will be compared to the reading in the crawl space and moisture readings taken outside. This gives us an accurate picture of what is going on.

Drainage Matting

Drainage matting is added to the floor of the crawl space, any groundwater that comes up will flow under this product, thus never entering the crawl space.
