Crawl Space
Crawl Space before project begins. The old vapor barrier isn't doing any good at keeping moisture levels down.
Wood Moisture Levels
Checking the moisture levels in the wood floor joists.
Debris Removal
The old vapor barrier and any other debris has been removed from the crawl space so the project can begin.
Drainage Matting
Drainage matting is being installed on the floor of the crawl space to provide a barrier between the dirt floor and the crawl space.
CleanSpace
The CleanSpace is being installed over the drainage matting. It is installed over floors, wrapped around piers, and up the walls.
Taping CleanSpace
Taping down the CleanSpace to seal in place.
Vents Sealed
SilverGlo is installed over all the vents to seal the outside air.
CleanSpace Installed
The CleanSpace is fully installed.
SaniDry Sedona
The SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier is installed. This dehumidifier will pull any moisture from the air.
