This customer in Dover, TN called Frontier out to help with a musty and damp crawl space. To control the moisture issues, we cleaned out the crawl space of debris, added Drainage Matting to the floors, CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to the walls and floors, a TripleSafe sump pump, sealed the vents, and installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to pull any excess moisture from the air. We also installed an IceGuard and LawnScape system as well. Now their crawl space is clean, dry, and is usable space.

Crawl Space Before Project

Moisture Readings

Getting moisture readings of the inside of the wood floor joists. Taking moisture reading of the wood, inside the crawl space, inside of the home and outside gives us an accurate picture of what is going on.

Installation process of the TripleSafe

A whole is dug out and the TripleSafe is placed inside. It is assembled after the container is put in place.

TripleSafe Sump Pump

The TripleSafe sump pump installation is complete. It has been assembled and connected to the drainage lines leading outside.

CleanSpace

CleanSpace is installed over the entire crawl space over the drainage matting. It is even wrapped around the support piers and fastened up the walls.

WaterGuard and LawnScape

The WaterGuard and LawnScape system are put in place.

Drainage System

The drainage system is being assembled. All the pipes are connected and clean gravel is added to fill any voids in the dirt where it will be buried. After the gravel is added dirt will be placed over it and it will be hidden from sight.
