Before Project Begins
Crawl space before we start the project. Obvious signs of moisture issues. There is water lines on the concrete block walls, dripping insulation, and areas of pooling water over the vapor barrier.
Moisture Readings
We take moisture readings of the wood floor joists, the crawl space, the outside air, and the interior of the home to get an accurate picture of what is happening in the crawl space.
Debris Removal
The debris is removed so the project can begin. This includes the insulation that is water soaked, the old vapor barrier, and any other debris on the crawl space.
Crawl Space is Ready for Project
Now that the debris is gone the crawl space is ready for water proofing.
EZ Flo
The EZ-Flow tubing is buried into the ground. This tubing allows water to flow around the perimeter and into the lowest section of the crawl space, where the sump pump will be placed.
Sump Pump Installation
The TripleSafe sump pump during the installation process.
Drainage Matting
The drainage matting is installed on the ground in the crawl space. This matting lets ground water flow underneath into the EZ Flo and sump pump to be pumped out.
CleanSpace
The CleanSpace is laid down over the drainage matting and taped in place.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe sump pump is now fully installed and connected to the drainage lines.
IceGuard and LawnScape
The IceGuard and LawnScape is installed into the ground. It will be buried and be flush with the ground.
