This customer in Clarksville, TN called Frontier for help with a damp and dirty crawl space and failing crawl space supports. After inspection, we identified the area that needed structural support. For that area, we installed two SmartJacks and a supplemental beam. After the structure was lifted and stable we tackled the moisture issues. For this part of the project we installed Drainage matting on the floor and CleanSpace over that and on the walls and wrapped around all the piers. We also added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and finished the project of with a new secure EverLast crawl space door.
