This customer in Clarksville, TN called Frontier due to sticking doors and sagging floors. After inspection, we determined the structural issues were caused by failing crawl space supports and moisture issues in the crawl space. To address the structural problems we installed SmartJacks and lifted the structure back up. After that, we addressed the moisture issues by installing Drainage matting on the floors, and CleanSpace on the floors and walls. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and finished the project with a new secure EverLast crawl space door.
