Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation in White House, TN

This customer in White House, TN called Frontier for their crawl space waterproofing. After inspection, we recommended a full encapsulation. To start the project we cleaned all the debris out of the crawl space. Next, we installed drainage matting on the floors, CleanSpace over that and up the walls, sealed all the vents, and installed a TripleSafe sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. We also added a drainage system including IceGuard and a LawnScape, These drainage lines were buried flush with the ground. This is where the water will lead, out into the yard away from the structure. To finish the project we reframed the crawl space door and installed a new secure EverLast door and access Well.

EZ-Flow

To control the moisture issues, we cleaned out all the debris and then buried EZ-Flow tubing into the ground. This tubing allows water to flow around the perimeter and into the lowest section of the crawl space, where the sump pump will be placed.

The EverLast™ access Well

The EverLast™ access Well is our answer to those old, corroded metal window wells and rotted wood entryways that are such eyesores for some homes. Once installed in your home, it will nicely finish off the outside of your home, complementing the landscaping around your house.

The EverLast™ Crawl Space Door is the answer to this problem. Made entirely from inorganic plastics and foams, these crawl space doors create an airtight and waterproof barrier between your crawl space and the outdoors.

Drainage Matting

The CleanSpace liner is installed over the drainage matting throughout the entire crawl space including floors, walls, and even wrapped around the support piers.

TripleSafe Sump Pump

The TripleSafe sump pump is installed to pump any water out of the crawl space through the drainage lines.

SaniDry Sedona

The SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier is installed in the crawl space to pull any excess moisture from the air.

Drainage System

Project Finished

The drainage lines are installed and buried, you can barley tell that anything happened. There will be no issues with lawn maintenance because it is flush with the ground.
