EZ-Flow
To control the moisture issues, we cleaned out all the debris and then buried EZ-Flow tubing into the ground. This tubing allows water to flow around the perimeter and into the lowest section of the crawl space, where the sump pump will be placed.

Drainage Matting
Installing drainage matting to the crawl space floors.
CleanSpace
The CleanSpace liner is installed over the drainage matting throughout the entire crawl space including floors, walls, and even wrapped around the support piers.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe sump pump is installed to pump any water out of the crawl space through the drainage lines.
SaniDry Sedona
The SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier is installed in the crawl space to pull any excess moisture from the air.
Drainage System
The IceGuard and LawnScape during installation. These drainage systems are buried and once covered will be flush with the ground. Keeping any water pumped out far away from the structure.

The drainage lines are installed and buried, you can barley tell that anything happened. There will be no issues with lawn maintenance because it is flush with the ground.
