This customer in Nashville, TN called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. To mitigate the moisture issues, we completed a crawl space encapsulation. First, we removed all the debris, then we installed Drainage matting, completely covered the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and sealed off all air leaks and vents with SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation. We finished the project with a new EverLast crawl space door.

New framing is built so the when the new crawl space door is installed it is airtight and secure.

The crawl space vents are sealed with SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation.

Some of the walls are also covered with SilverGlo panels for extra insulation. This will help with moisture and temperature control.
