This customer in Nashville, TN called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. To mitigate the moisture issues, we completed a crawl space encapsulation. We cleaned out all the debris, installed Drainage matting, completely covered the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. Now the customer has a fully encapsulated, dry, and healthy crawl space!

Your crawl space technician will install CleanSpace® poly over the foundation walls and floor to create a continuous air and moisture barrier.

The SaniDry Sedona

The SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier drains automatically and has a humidity sensor that monitors the air, so once it's installed, there's nothing else to do. Your crawl space will be drier and healthier - and so will the rest of your home too!
