Wood Moisture
Taking moisture readings of the wooden floor joists. This will be compared to the other readings to get an accurate picture of what is going on in this space.
Drainage Matting
This dimpled plastic sheet material promotes good drainage over the entire crawl space floor.
CleanSpace
CleanSpace liner is added to the entire crawl space. Covering the floors and walls.
Vents Sealed
All vents are sealed with SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation. This cuts off all outside air from coming in.
Sump Pump
This customer already had a sump pump so we added the drainage matting and CleanSpace around it. We also made sure that the drainage lines were working properly.
SaniDry Sedona
The SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier is installed in the crawl space. This dehumidifier will pull any excess moisture from the air.
Old Crawl Space Door
The framing of the old crawl space is measured so new pressure treated wood framing can be installed to fit the new EverLast crawl space door.
