Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Repair in Lafayette, TN

This customer in Lafayette, TN called us for his crawl space waterproofing needs. This was a previous customer who opted for a TripleSafe sump pump a few years prior, but that alone was not controlling the moisture issues. This time he opted for a full crawl space encapsulation. This project included servicing his existing sump pump and drainage lines, clearing out debris, laying down Drainage matting, and then covering the crawl space with a CleanSpace liner. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and sealed all his vents and air leaks with SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation. We finished this project with a new EverLast crawl space door.

Old Crawl Space Door

This old crawl space door is not secure, is rotting, and not preventing moisture from entering the crawl space.

Vents Sealed

The crawl space vents are sealed with SilverGlow panels and secured with spray foam insulation to make sure there are no air leaks from the outside in this crawl space.

Water Proofing Complete

This project is complete. The entire crawl space is sealed from the outside making sure no moisture gets in. They can now use this space for extra storage or whatever they would like.
