Moisture Issues
This crawl space is damp, wet, and showing obvious signs of damage from these elements.
Old Crawl Space Door
This old crawl space door is not secure, is rotting, and not preventing moisture from entering the crawl space.
Checking Drainage Lines
Inspecting the old drainage lines to make sure there are no blockages and everything is flowing correctly.
Sump Pump
We installed this sump pump a few years ago. After it is inspected and serviced, the drainage matting and CleanSpace is added around it.
Inspecting LawnScape System
Inspecting the LawnScape system to make sure its still working properly and is not clogged.
Drainage Matting
This dimpled plastic sheet material promotes good drainage over the entire crawl space floor.
CleanSpace® System
Like our other barrier systems, it can hold back water vapor passing through your foundation walls, directing it to your sump pump. With anti-microbial protection called UltraFresh built right in, no mold or mildew will grow on the CleanSpace!
Vents Sealed
The crawl space vents are sealed with SilverGlow panels and secured with spray foam insulation to make sure there are no air leaks from the outside in this crawl space.
Water Proofing Complete
This project is complete. The entire crawl space is sealed from the outside making sure no moisture gets in. They can now use this space for extra storage or whatever they would like.
EverLast Crawl Space Door
The new EverLast crawl space door is installed. Our EverLast™ Crawl Space Doors are created with ½" thick solid plastic, and they will never rust, rot, or need paint. Sturdy knobs allow for easy access and ensure a tight seal for many years to come.
