Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation in Franklin, TN

This homeowner in Franklin, TN, contacted Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair to have their home's musty crawl space encapsulated. Once our crew arrived on site, they removed the old vapor barrier from the crawl space. They then rolled drainage matting out over the dirt floor of the space. On top of the matting, the crew applied our CleanSpace vapor barrier. Along the walls and around columns, we applied a thin version of our CleanSpace barrier, called "Wallie." The crew also insulated the crawl space and sealed off air vents using our SilverGlo insulation panels. To control humidity and prevent mold growth, our crew installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. We also installed our TripleSafe sump pump system to combat flooding in the space.
