Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation in Franklin, TN

After a call regarding a cluttered and damp crawl space, Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair sent out one of our skilled design specialists to take a look inside. After evaluating the space, we recommended a crawl space encapsulation. Once our crew arrived on site, they began removing the old vapor barrier as well as any debris from the crawl space. The crew then rolled out our dimpled drainage matting across the space's dirt floor. We then added our SilverGlo insulation panels to the walls and on top of the crawl space vents. Our durable CleanSpace vapor barrier was applied on top of the drainage matting, with a thinner version being applied to the walls and around the columns. To combat high moisture levels, our crew installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.
