Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation in Brentwood, TN

A homeowner in Brentwood, TN, contacted Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair to have their home's crawl space evaluated. Once inside the space, our system design specialist discovered a plethora of problems, such as mold and evidence of water intrusion. We recommended a crawl space encapsulation to take care of the moisture and humidity in the space. Once our crew arrived on site, they began pulling debris and the old vapor barrier out of the crawl space. Once the dirt floor of the crawl space was removed, we rolled out our dimpled drainage matting. Over this matting, we applied our durable CleanSpace vapor barrier. To seal off the open air vents, we applied our SilverGlo insulation panels. Along the walls and around the columns of the crawl space, we applied a thin-version of our CleanSpace barrier. To combat high humidity levels, we installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.
