Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation in Brentwood, TN

A homeowner in Brentwood, TN, reached out to Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair for an inspection of their crawl space. During the evaluation, our system design specialist identified multiple issues, including mold and signs of water intrusion. We recommended a crawl space encapsulation to address the moisture and humidity concerns. When our team arrived, they began by clearing out debris and removing the old vapor barrier from the crawl space. Next, we installed a dimpled drainage mat over the dirt floor, followed by our durable CleanSpace vapor barrier. We used SilverGlo insulation panels to seal the open air vents, and applied a thinner CleanSpace barrier along the walls and around the support columns. Finally, we installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to help control humidity levels in the space.
