This customer in Nashville, TN called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. To mitigate the problems, we cleaned up the debris in the crawl space. After that to prevent the problem from reoccurring we installed Drainage matting, CleanSpace liner over the floors and walls, installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. For drainage, we also added an IceGuard system and LawnScape.

Water Damage

Crawl space before project begins. Obvious signs of water damage. There is a water line visible on the concrete block from water seeping out, dripping insulation falling to the floor from between the floor joists, and other debris present.

Removing Debris

All the debris is cleaned and bagged up and removed from the crawl space so we can begin this project.

EZ Flo

Now that the debris is removed we install the EZ Flo. This tubing is installed to collect any ground water and funnel it down to the sump pump. Essentially this keeps it in the ground under the matting and vapor barrier that will be installed.

Drainage matting

This dimpled plastic sheet material promotes good drainage over the entire crawl space floor.

CleanSpace
