This customer in Nashville, TN called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. To mitigate the moisture issues, we completed a crawl space encapsulation. We cleaned out all the debris, installed Drainage matting, covered the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, installed a TripleSafe sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and sealed the crawl space vents and any other air leaks with SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation. We finished the project off with an IceGuard and LawnScape system. Now the customer has a fully encapsulated, dry, and healthy crawl space!

For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.
