This customer in Joelton, TN called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space and sinking floors. We installed crawl space jacks to stabilize the sinking and lift the structure back up. Once that was complete we addressed the moisture issues. We cleaned out all the debris, installed Drainage matting, covered the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and sealed the crawl space vents and any other air leaks with SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation. We used RimTite Joist Insulation Spray Foam where the wet insulation was removed and added components to their existing sump pump. We finished this project with a new EverLast crawl space door.

Crawl Space During Inspection
