This customer in Nashville, TN called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space and sinking crawl space supports. We installed crawl space jacks to stabilize the sinking and lift the structure back up. Once that was complete we addressed the moisture issues. We cleaned out all the debris, installed Drainage matting, covered the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and sealed the crawl space vents and any other air leaks with SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation.
