This customer in White House, TN called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space and sinking crawl space supports. We installed crawl space jacks to stabilize the sinking and lift the structure back up. Once that was complete we addressed the moisture issues. We cleaned out all the debris, installed Drainage matting, covered the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, and installed a a TripleSafe sump pump as well as drainage lines with a LawnScape system.

Water Intrusion

This crawl space has obvious signs of water damage. Water is pooling over the old vapor barrier and damaging the crawl space. This water will seep down into the soil and start to sink the crawl space supports. This leads to the supports failing and the crawl space and structure to sink.

The EZ Flo in installed and surrounded by clean gravel. Next it will be covered back up with dirt, then drainage matting and finally CleanSpace liner to water proof this crawl space.

To install the TripleSafe Sump pimp, a whole is excavated, the container is installed, and all the parts are assembled inside. After that is is surrounded by clean gravel.

This dimpled plastic sheet material promotes good drainage over the entire crawl space floor.
