Debris Removed
These bags are filled with all the debris removed from the crawl space. This includes the old vapor barrier, the wet a dripping insulation, and all other debris.
Crawl Spaced Cleaned Out
This is what the crawl space looks like after debris removal, it is now ready for our crew to start the project and install all the encapsulation products.
Excavation
An area around the perimeter is dug for the EZ Flo installation and the sump pump.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
At Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair, we install patented sump pump systems that have been developed by Basement Systems®, Inc. since 1987. They include the best cast-iron sump pumps and longest-lasting battery backup pumps in the industry.
EZ Flo
The EZ Flo is installed, surrounded by clean gravel, and then buried. This will absorb all the water and funnel it to the sump pump and then pumped out of the crawl space.
Drainage Matting
This dimpled plastic sheet material promotes good drainage over the entire crawl space floor.
CleanSpace® vapor barrier
One of the key ingredients in our encapsulation system is the CleanSpace® vapor barrier, a super-durable, 20mil plastic sheet material designed to permanently prevent moisture, outside air and pests from getting into your crawl space.
IceGuard System
An escape route. Water escapes from the IceGuard® fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe.
LawnScape System
The LawnScape system is installed. It will be buried and unnoticeable.
Project Complete
The drainage lines have been buried and the project is now complete.
