Crawl Space Before Project Begins
You can see in this picture the debris on the ground over the old vapor vapor barrier, water marks on the concrete block wall, and some bowing on the back wall. These are signs of a moisture issue in this crawl space.
Installation Of TripleSafe and EZ Flo
Installation process of the EZ Flo system and TripleSafe sump pump. An area around the perimeter is dug out to place the EZ Flo tubing, it is then surrounded by clean gravel. It leads to the TripleSafe, which sites at the lowest point in the crawl space and all the water absorbed will be funneled into the sump pump and pumped out through the drainage lines.
Drainage Matting
This dimpled plastic sheet material promotes good drainage over the entire crawl space floor.
CleanSpace® Liner
The encapsulation treatment totally separates and protects the crawl space interior from outdoor conditions, keeping the space clean and dry. And once you've encapsulated your crawl space with a vapor barrier, you've gained valuable storage space in your home.
Sealing Air Leaks
Sealing your crawl space vents and other areas where air is coming in stops the cycle of cold, humidity, and moisture entering from the outside air.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
Zoeller® maintains the highest standards for quality in sump pump design, using stainless steel parts that will not corrode, rot, or rust. Zoeller® conducts factory tests of each hermetically-sealed sump pump motor while 100% submerged in water.
The SaniDry Sedona
The SaniDry Sedona offers giant performance in a small package. The Sedona easily fits in small crawl spaces, yet has a powerful blower to effectively dry large crawl spaces. Mold and mildew are common in crawl spaces, but the Sedona keeps the relative humidity below 55%, so mold won't stand a chance. As a high-efficiency dehumidifier, the Sedona removes more moisture (100 pints per day) for less electricity cost than conventional models.
IceGuard System
Water escapes from the IceGuard® fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe.
LawnScape System
LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
Project Complete
Now that the IceGuard and LawnScape system is installed and buried the project is now complete
