Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation in Nashville, TN

This customer in Nashville, TN called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. To mitigate the moisture issues, we completed a crawl space encapsulation. We cleaned out all the debris, installed EZ Flow drainage system and drainage matting, covered the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and installed a TripleSafe sump pump and IceGuard and LawnScape System.

Before Project Begins

Crawl space during the inspection is showing signs of damage, the floors are muddy indicating that there is water intrusion.

Moisture Damage

Crawl space with obvious signs of moisture damage. Muddy and dirty floors, a vapor barrier that is not working, mud all over the insulation on the walls.

Old Crawl Space Door

The old crawl space door was not secure we will be replacing this with a new crawl space door that is sealed and secured.

Drainage Matting

This dimpled plastic sheet material promotes good drainage over the entire crawl space floor.
