Water Intrusion
Water intrusion in the crawl space, this will have to be removed and all the debris cleaned up before we start the project.
Moisture Damage
Even in this area where there is no standing water, you can see the water line on the concrete block wall were the water is seeping out.
TripleSafe Sump Pump Assemblage
An area of the crawl space is excavated and the sump pump container is placed. It will be assembled and connected to the drainage lines after the shell is in place.
Trench Dug
A trench is dug in preparation to place the EZ-Flow. The EZ-Flow will absorb all the water and funnel it to the sump pump.
EZ-Flow
The EZ-Flow is placed in the trench and surrounded with clean gravel. It will be covered by the drainage matting and then the CleanSpace Liner.
Sump Pump container Installed and assembled
For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.
TripleSafe Sump Pump Installation Complete
Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, provides three levels of protection for your basement and your peace of mind.
Drainage Matting
This dimpled plastic sheet material promotes good drainage over the entire crawl space floor.
CleanSpace®
One of the key ingredients in our encapsulation system is the CleanSpace® vapor barrier, a super-durable, 20mil plastic sheet material designed to permanently prevent moisture, outside air and pests from getting into your crawl space.
IceGuard® Discharge Line and LawnScape System
IceGuard® stops ice and snow from causing your waterproofing system to fail. The LawnScape system is where the water will end up, far away from the structure.
