This customer in Nashville, TN called Frontier to help with moisture issues in their crawl space. To fix the problem, we did a crawl space encapsulation. This project included removing all the debris and standing water, installing EZ Flow drainage tubing, Drainage matting, CleanSpace Liner, a TripleSafe Sump Pump, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, IceGuard and LawnScape system. We also sealed the crawl space vents with SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation. Crawl Space Damage

Moisture, mold and falling, failing insulation are problems in this crawl space, which hasn't been properly sealed.

Insulation Removal

The insulation has been removed from between the floor joists. All other debris has been removed from the crawl space and now the encapsulation process will start.

Drainage Matting

This dimpled plastic sheet material promotes good drainage over the entire crawl space floor.

EZ Flow

A trench is dug and EZ Flow is installed around the perimeter of the crawl space.

EZ Flow and Sump Pump

The EZ Flow leads to the sump pump system which will pump the water out of the crawl space through the drainage lines.

LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
